I can't see anything! What can I do?
The playbooks that we use for our technology can be sensitive, particularly if you're looking at it from a new computer. If you think you should be seeing something and you're not, we recommend making a coffee and then refreshing.

I found something out of date. What can I do?
If you find something that you know is out of date, we'd really appreciate you letting us know. While we update the playbooks multiple times a year, sometimes things may change more quickly.
To update your playbook, email us at hello@emple.com.au and we will update it as soon as possible.

Why do I need to use a playbook?
We love our playbooks because they make it easier for you to do your job every day. Too many businesses have sales teams who don't understand their buyers and the value they offer and if you don't understand it, how can you successfully sell? Our playbooks are designed to educate you fast and remain a living resource for the entire team, keeping all of the assets and knowledge you need in a single place.

I need to add or remove someone from the playbook. How can I do it?
